Your future challenges:

• Gathering business requirements from internal and external stakeholders;

• Preparing business cases for product initiatives with business impact;

• Creating product requirements for new initiatives;

• Creating and managing a product backlog and a roadmap for the assigned delivery team;

• Monitoring and analysing product performance to ensure that the business objectives are achieved;

• Working closely with an assigned delivery team to guide them through an entire product development process;

• Helping to shape a company's product vision and strategy;

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or a Product Owner;
• Experience in developing functional and technical requirements / describing user stories and acceptance criteria;
• Understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.);
• Previous experience managing internal and external stakeholders;
• Excellent organizational skills;
• English at a min. B2 level;
• Work in a hybrid model in Prague or Warsaw;
• Residence in the Czech Republic or Poland;
• Nice to haves: 
  • previous experience with integrating 3rd party tools (understanding of APIs, etc.);
  • previous experience in Financial institutions or payment service provider companies.
