Product Analyst

About the Role:

We’re looking for a Product Analyst to join our Product team and help bridge the gap between product vision and technical delivery. In this role, you’ll play a key part in shaping product requirements, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring that our solutions meet expectations in terms of functionality, quality, and compliance.

What You’ll Do:

• Act as the bridge between the Product Manager’s vision and the development team, translating complex business ideas into structured, actionable product requirements;

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business needs and turn them into actionable tasks for delivery;

• Define acceptance criteria and ensure development teams are aligned on goals and priorities;

• Work closely with QA and engineering teams to ensure final outputs meet expectations and comply with functional, security, and regulatory standards;

• Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement;

• Ensure all processes are documented and well-communicated across teams.

• You should have a strong analytical mindset, very good communication skills, and the ability to turn complexity into clarity.

• Min. 3 years of experience working in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role within a tech or fintech company;

• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies;

• Attention to detail and a structured, logical approach to problem-solving;

• A strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and can-do attitude;

• Proficiency in Czech or Polish, along with English at a B2 level or higher.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with fintech-specific processes (e.g. KYC, AML, payments, onboarding, credit risk);

• Awareness of how AI and automation can enhance customer experience in digital products (e.g., personalization, smart workflows, fraud detection);

• Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or a modern product analytics stack.
