Visual Designer

Do you have an endless supply of ideas and is design your second nature? Do you live and breathe social media, digital campaigns, and love seeing your work reach thousands of people? Then we’re looking for exactly you!

Work with our dynamic team where we’ll give your creativity plenty of room to shine, and you’ll get to see your ideas turn into great visuals.

What will you work on?

• Creating social media content that you’ll actually enjoy making.

• Designing creatives for campaigns that grab attention and make an impact.

• Creating newsletters that look great and make people want to read them.

Who are we looking for?

• A creative soul with enthusiasm and a passion for the world of marketing.

• An ambitious and responsible person who takes ownership and collaborates well with others.

• Do you have at least 2–3 years of experience or a portfolio to show off? Perfect!

• Experience from an agency environment or fast-paced marketing environment is a big plus.

• We’re not looking for a graphic design all-rounder who knows everything, but someone who isn’t afraid to set a new direction, bring fresh ideas, and push things forward.

• You understand the specifics of modern marketing platforms and the rules that come with them? Great, let’s talk. (Long texts don’t work on Instagram; a newsletter needs to be visually appealing, but not at the expense of readability, etc.)

• Someone who can read a brief and isn’t afraid to give feedback and take it to the next level. We’re open to discussion and love being inspired by a fresh perspective.

• Confident in Figma and Adobe CC, especially Photoshop. Motion design and After Effetcs, Adobe Premiere experience is a strong plus.

• Fluent in English and at least has a B2 level in Czech.
