React Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain reusable, efficient, and performant React components for web applications.

• Collaborate with business analysts, back-end developers, and product/project managers to deliver features that meet user and business needs.

• Optimize React components for scalability, performance, and maintainability.

• Ensure high-quality code through best practices, peer reviews, and adherence to coding standards.

• Write and maintain unit and integration tests using tools like Jest or React Testing Library.

• Identify and address performance bottlenecks, ensuring smooth user experiences.

• Maintain clear and concise documentation for components, workflows, and processes.

• 2-4 years of experience in front-end development with React.

• Proficiency in  HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design principles.

• Familiarity with state management libraries such as Redux or Context API.

• Experience with RESTful APIs or GraphQL.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and CI/CD pipelines

• Knowledge of modern front-end tools (e.g., Webpack, Babel, Vite).

• Testing experience with frameworks like Jest or React Testing Library.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with TypeScript.

• Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) to create inclusive, user-friendly applications.

• Experience with performance optimization techniques, including lazy loading and code splitting.
