About the Role:

We are seeking a Product Analyst to join us in bringing a new product to life. You'll be the crucial link between product vision and the development team, with a primary focus on our new product offering unique credit cards and innovative solutions for corporate customers in the EU market. In this role, you will be deeply involved in shaping product requirements, gaining stakeholder alignment, and ensuring our final solutions meet all expectations for functionality, quality, and compliance.

What You’ll Do:

  • Act as the bridge between the Product Manager’s vision and the development team, translating complex business ideas into structured, actionable product requirements.

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather business needs and turn them into actionable tasks for delivery.

  • Define acceptance criteria and ensure development teams are aligned on goals and priorities.

  • Work closely with QA and engineering teams to ensure final outputs meet expectations and comply with functional, security, and regulatory standards.

  • Analyze existing workflows and identify areas for improvement.

  • Ensure all processes are documented and well-communicated across teams.

Job requirements

  • You should have a strong analytical mindset, very good communication skills, and the ability to turn complexity into clarity.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or similar role within projects related to the cards and payments industry.

  • Understanding of payment card industry standards (PCI DSS compliance, card scheme regulations).

  • Experience with card payment flows, including authorization, clearing, settlement, and dispute processes.

  • Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

  • Attention to detail and a structured, logical approach to problem-solving.

  • A strong sense of ownership, responsibility, and can-do attitude.

  • Proficiency in Czech or Polish, along with English at a B2 level or higher.

Nice to have:

  • Awareness of how AI and automation can enhance customer experience in digital products (e.g., personalization, smart workflows, fraud detection).

  • Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or a modern product analytics stack.
