Job description
We are seeking a Product Designer who will design best-in-class user experiences combined with beautiful, functional interfaces. This person will influence product quality, consistency, and continuous improvement of the application.
Key Responsibilities:
Design end-to-end user flows with UX excellence in mind (web/mobile).
Create prototypes, wireframes, and clear design documentation.
Deliver intuitive UX and functional, beautiful UI.
Maintain and develop the Design System.
Collaborate with developers to implement and refine designs.
Participate in user research and usability testing.
Analyze data to improve design and conversion rates.
Propose product & design initiatives that enhance user experience.

Job requirements
Min. 3 years of experience working with SaaS or designing UI/UX applications.
Experience working in product teams (B2C/B2B).
Proficiency in user research – from planning and conducting research to translating findings into design decisions.
Ability to analyse data and statistics to support design improvements.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Experience working with modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Experience in UX and UI design.
Ability to create and maintain design systems based on atomic design principles.
Good knowledge of the business context and product development processes.
Advanced knowledge of English, including B2 (spoken and written).
Knowledge of human-centred design and guidelines for iOS/Android systems – HIG Human Interface Guidelines + Material.
Knowledge of analytical and statistical platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Clarity), usability testing platforms and tools for creating mock-ups and information architecture.
Assets:
Experience in the fintech or banking industry.
