Product Manager - Card Acquiring & APMs

As a Product Manager for Card Acquiring & APMs, you’ll drive strategy and development for our payment-related services - including merchant and card acquiring, alternative payment methods (APMs), and the Twisto Pay checkout experience. Your mission will be to create seamless, efficient, and innovative payment solutions that delight both merchants and customers.

Your future challenges: 

• Define and execute Twisto’s payment services vision, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

• Streamline the merchant onboarding process and provide high-quality documentation, support, and training.

• Ensure efficient transaction processing, timely fund settlements, and robust reporting tools.

• Design a simple, intuitive, and frictionless checkout experience for Twisto Pay to optimize conversion rates.

• Implement advanced fraud detection measures and collaborate with the risk team to minimize potential risks.

• Use customer and merchant feedback to drive product improvements and stay ahead of industry trends.

• Provide valuable dashboards, analytics, and ongoing training to monitor satisfaction and drive.

• 4-5 years of experience as a Product Manager or a Product Owner.

• Strong understanding of card acquiring products and processes, payment flows, settlement systems and Card Schemes. 

• Expertise in regulatory compliance in the payments industry (e.g., PSD2, PSR, PCI DSS).

• Experience in managing merchant digital onboarding, KYC/KYB, and API integration.

• In-depth knowledge of fraud detection, prevention, and risk management in payments.

• Proven ability to manage and prioritize product roadmaps and backlogs in Agile environments.

• Expertise in driving product strategy and aligning initiatives with business objectives.

• Familiarity with alternative payment methods (APMs) and digital wallet integration.

• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

• English at a min. B2 level.
