Product Manager - Cards & Payments

Great challenge for professionals - A unique opportunity for professionals with a passion for payment cards. Not only will you be responsible for the comprehensive card strategy of an established Central European brand, but you’ll also help define, develop, and launch a brand-new project in the CEE region. You’ll have the chance to build something entirely new while drawing on the expertise of colleagues from a wide range of fields.

Your future challenges:

• Owning the cards product end-to-end, from improving the current portfolio to launching new products in new markets (industries, countries), and making sure they actually perform (usage, revenue, customer adoption).

• Using customer insights, data, and market research to understand what problems to solve and where the opportunity is.

• Deciding what to build next prioritizing features that bring the biggest impact and working closely with Engineering on delivery.

• Shipping new initiatives together with Product Analysts, partners, and external providers – from idea to live product.

• Teaming up across the company to create simple, reliable card experiences that people actually want to use.

• 2+ years of experience in a Product Manager or Product Owner role, with a proven ability to deliver impactful products.

• Experience in Cards & Payments (issuing, acquiring, or card lifecycle) – fintech background is a strong plus.

• High product and technical knowledge and experience with main Card schemes, domestic and international payment channels, and third-party providers.

• Solid understanding of how card payments work end-to-end (card schemes, payment flows, integrations with third-party providers).

• Ability to work with data, customer insights, and market context to make informed product decisions.

• Hands-on experience with defining product requirements, writing user stories, and working closely with Engineering on delivery.

• Strong prioritization and ownership – you know how to focus on what matters and get things done.

• Good overview of industry trends and the ability to translate them into product opportunities.

• Professional working proficiency in English (B2+).

• Based in or willing to work in a hybrid setup in Prague or Warsaw.
