Job description

Role overview:

as a Business Data Analyst you will be responsible for leveraging data to drive marketing strategies, improve customer engagement, and optimize CRM initiatives.

Your future challenges:

  • active participation in strategy planning and delivering Commercial/CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty

  • mapping customer journeys by analyzing touch points along a pipeline and maximizing commercial opportunities with this information

  • segmenting customer databases and maintaining lists of segmented customers

  • monitoring and maximizing customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability

  • executing marketing campaigns driven by marketing automation approach and other communication channels  based on customer insights in order to maximize conversion and CMIII on customer level

  • developing strategies for testing all aspects of a CRM and making sure the most effective approach to customer relationships is always taken

  • ownership for technical further development of the data platform (Snowflake), managing backlogs and monthly development roadmap plan

Job requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in a marketing or CRM-focused role

  • general understanding of customer segmentation, retention strategies, and campaign performance metrics

  • hands-on experience with SQL databases

  • experience with Tableau is an advantage

  • familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling is a plus

  • ability to translate data insights into business narratives for non-technical stakeholders

  • czech at native speaker level; English at a min. B2 level
