Head of Marketing & Commercial Team

We’re looking for a commercially minded, hands-on Head of Marketing & Commercial team to lead growth across the Czech and Polish markets, with sights on future European expansion. You’ll own the full marketing funnel—from performance campaigns to brand and communication—while ensuring marketing initiatives directly impact product performance and revenue. Ideal for a senior professional who thrives on strategy, execution, and leading a lean, agile team.

Your Future Challenges:

Strategic & Commercial Ownership

• Develop and own the marketing and commercial strategy for all Twisto markets

• Identify market opportunities, trends, and partnerships that support business goals

• Align commercial planning with product launches, sales cycles, and customer feedback loops

• Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Product, Finance, and Customer Support

Performance & Growth Marketing

• Own acquisition strategy across all paid channels 

• Continuously optimize CAC, LTV, and ROAS metrics across markets

• Implement data-driven A/B testing frameworks and conversion optimization initiatives

Brand, PR, and Communications

• Evolve the brand positioning and messaging to align with company growth

• Build PR relationships to increase brand visibility and credibility in local markets

• Lead internal and external communication strategies and ensure consistency across customer touchpoints

Product & Commercial Performance

• Collaborate with Product and Sales to execute effective go-to-market strategies

• Align marketing efforts with key product KPIs (adoption, engagement, revenue)

• Use customer insights and performance data to guide marketing initiatives

• Analyze market trends to optimize pricing and identify growth opportunities

• Work cross-functionally to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints

• Leverage data to refine strategies and drive both short-term revenue and long-term profitability

Team Leadership

• Grow and support a talented marketing and commercial team that gets things done

You’ll likely be a great fit if you have:

• 10+ years in marketing or commercial roles, including leadership in mid-sized or scale-up companies

• Proven ability to shape strategy while actively driving execution

• Background in consumer tech, digital services, eCommerce, or other fast-paced, product-led industries

• Strong, practical experience with performance marketing, digital channels, and brand strategy

• A track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering measurable commercial results

• Experience with launching and scaling new products or entering new markets

• Confidence working with lean budgets and shared resources

• Excellent stakeholder and board-level communication skills

• Naturally collaborative, but unafraid to challenge the status quo

• Fluency in English and Czech (written and spoken) is essential; Polish language would be a big plus
