We are looking for a new colleague to take a position of Junior Debt Collections Specialist.

As Junior Debt Collection Specialist you will be responsible for: 

• Email and telephone contact with the customer.

• Looking for solutions that can help resolve the customer's debt repayment problem.

• Cooperation with debt collection agencies.

• Cooperation with other departments in the company.

• Providing professional customer service at every stage of contact with Twisto.

• Identifying and resolving issues that have arisen with the customer and maintaining a high level of FCR.

• Teaching customers the proper use of Twisto functions.

• You have bachelors degree.

• Your experience in working with clients (customer service by telephone).

• Your English is on A2/B1 level.

• Talking to the client is natural for you.

• You have good negotiating and communication skills.

• You have good knowledge of MS Office.
