Our neat and powerful mobile app allows customers to defer their payments, split them into installments or split the bill with friends, and take care of their invoices quickly and easily. Twisto offers virtual and physical cards for shopping comfortably everywhere and aggregates the payments for users, giving them the best exchange rate possible for international payments.

As a Key Account Manager in Twisto, your primary responsibility is to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with our key clients. You will act as a strategic partner, ensuring that clients gain maximum value from our fintech solutions tailored to e-commerce businesses. Your role will involve identifying growth opportunities, driving client success, and collaborating with internal teams to meet client needs and foster business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored fintech solutions.

  • Account Growth & Retention: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts by promoting additional services and products offerings.

  • Customer Success & Satisfaction: Ensure clients are fully supported, addressing their concerns and proactively suggesting solutions that align with their business goals and growth strategies.

  • Performance Tracking: Monitor account performance and client engagement, providing regular reports on account metrics, and driving improvements in service delivery where needed.

  • Market & Industry Insights: Stay informed about fintech trends, competitors, and market conditions to provide strategic advice to clients and keep them ahead of the curve.

Job requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in key account management or sales, ideally in the fintech or financial services industry.

  • Proven ability to grow client accounts and meet revenue targets.

  • Strong understanding of fintech products and market trends.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
