Product Manager Cards & Payments

Your future challenges:

• Leading the discovery process to fully understand customer needs, problems and pain points and investigate and research markets opportunities and industry trends;

• Prioritizing product features to optimize development resources and guide Project Managers for sprint planning;

• Preparing new initiatives in cooperation with a Business Analyst, Solution Architect, solution providers and third parties; 

• Ensuring that the product delivers a remarkable user experience and satisfaction by collaborating with many  teammates from almost all the teams.

• 4-5 years of experience as a Product Manager or a Product Owner;

• Proven track record in Cards and Payments industry - Fintech as an advantage;

• High product and technical knowledge and experience with main Card schemes, domestic and international payment channels and third party providers;

• Good understanding of industry standards and market trends;

• Experience in developing functional and technical requirements / describing user stories and acceptance criteria;

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;

• English at a min. B2 level;

• Work in a hybrid model in Prague or Warsaw;
