Job description

We are looking for 2 Revenue & Commercial Analysts - one person who will work in Prague, focusing on the Czech market, and another who will work in Warsaw, focusing on the Polish market.

In this role, you will help us discover growth opportunities, improve customer journeys, and ensure that Twisto creates value in the most sensible way possible. Your future challenges:

  • Work closely with our Commercial Manager to drive revenues, identify opportunities, and improve business performance by collaborating with Marketing, Product, Risk, Data, and Finance teams

  • Support the Commercial Manager in tracking and improving revenue streams, transaction value, and customer acquisition.

  • Analyse commercial performance data to identify growth opportunities and propose actionable initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Risk, Finance, Sales) to align commercial goals with business strategy.

  • Assist in building and monitoring key KPIs and dashboards that measure business performance.

  • Participate in preparing business cases for new initiatives, including product enhancements and pricing strategies.

  • Support merchant and partner relationships by providing insights and performance updates.

  • Contribute to ad-hoc projects designed to increase Twisto’s market share and profitability.

Job requirements

  • Higher education in the field of economics, finance, management, data analysis, mathematics, marketing, or related fields.

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in commercial analysis, consulting, finance, sales, or a related role.

  • Ability to analyse commercial data and KPIs (e.g., revenue, LTV, conversion, margin).

  • Understanding of basic financial concepts (e.g., revenue, profit, margin, CAC, LTV).

  • Ability to assess the profitability of initiatives (e.g., cost-benefit analysis, business cases).

  • Focus on results and business development.

  • Very good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets (analysis, financial models, dashboards), knowledge of SQL.

  • Ability to present data and recommendations in a way that is understandable to business stakeholders.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, product, finance, sales).

  • Proactivity and ability to ask the right questions to identify growth opportunities.

  • Attention to detail, but also the ability to see the big picture.

  • Very good command of spoken and written English (minimum B2) and one of two local languages (Czech or Polish - C1 level), depending on the market.

Assets:

  • Experience in supporting the implementation of pricing strategies, new products or commercial initiatives.

  • Knowledge of CRM tools or sales systems.

  • Knowledge of the payments, BNPL or consumer finance market.

  • Experience in fintech, e-commerce, or digital services is welcome.

  • Experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) is welcome.
