Senior Marketing Specialist

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our team, where you’ll play a key role in boosting customer engagement, coordinating campaigns, and unlocking new business opportunities.

Your Future Challenges:

• Manage marketing initiatives focused on acquisition, retention, and reactivation of customers.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (Brand, Sales, Acquisition) and external partners (e-shops, stakeholders).

• Coordinate social media content for Czech and Polish markets.

• Contribute to short- and long-term marketing plans focused on growth and revenue.

• Coordinate cross-functional campaigns and help turn product and sales ideas into action.

• Analyze customer journeys to optimize touchpoints and maximize commercial potential.

• Conduct customer surveys and contribute to building strong brand awareness.

• Bachelor’s degree (e.g. marketing or business management).

• 5+ years experience with planning executions and evaluating marketing campaigns.

• 2+ years hands-on experience with sales campaigns or business development.

• Skilled at running a campaign from concept through to delivery, as well as being competent in allocating resources, monitoring and reporting on the status of the project.

• Analytical skills and attitude for problem solving.

• Strong commercial sense.

• Great project & time management skills.

• Proficiency in Czech and English at min. B2 level is a must.

• Financial background is a plus.
