Role Description

Twisto is seeking a full-time Senior Business Development Manager who will join the Polish team. The purpose of this role is to manage the existing portfolio of merchants, seek and/or create new opportunities to enhance cooperation and eventually merchant success.


As Senior Business Development Manager you will be:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategy;

  • Managing the existing portfolio of merchants, seek and/or create new opportunities to enhance cooperation and eventually merchant success;

  • Proactively managing the sales cycle;

  • Looking for new opportunities for increasing revenues (X-sell, upsell);

  • Work directly and indirectly on market presence of Twisto e.g. participation in industry events (trade fairs, conferences, etc.) as an exhibitor and/or presenter;

  • Supporting marketing initiatives;

  • Collaborating with internal teams to evaluate performance and initiate new product ideas and drive enablement and lead generation activities;

  • Participation in the definition of internal processes to support business and company growth.

Job requirements

  • Knowledge of payments industry is a must;

  • Min. of 8 years of experience in sales (experience in Fin-Tech companies / payment services providers / cards  etc. will be an asset); 

  • Proven track record and an existing network of merchants;

  • Strong networking skills and the ability to build effective business relationships;

  • Focus on goal, growth and the customers;

  • Ability and comfort in working independently and in a dynamic environment; 

  • Self-motivation, positive thinking and a solution-oriented mindset;

  • English (min. B2 level);

  • Bachelor’s degree.
